These terms are an agreement between you and Tyr Labs LLC, a Maryland limited liability company ("Tyr Labs," "we," "us"), the operator of Wednesdai (also written "WednesdAI"). By creating an account or using Wednesdai, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
1. What Wednesdai is
Wednesdai is an AI planning assistant and platform. It helps you discover venues and vendors and — at your direction — communicates with them on your behalf, organizing the results into your plan. It also helps with guests, RSVPs, an event website, and related planning tools. Features may evolve while Wednesdai is in preview.
Wednesdai never binds you. Wednesdai does not sign contracts, place deposits, or make binding commitments on your behalf — ever. Every booking, contract, and payment is between you and the venue or vendor, happens only with your own approval and signature, and is your decision. Wednesdai brings you options and information to consider; only you accept them.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 to use Wednesdai. Keep your Google account secure — it's how you sign in. You're responsible for activity under your account. During our preview period, access is by invitation and features may change or be interrupted without notice.
3. Acting on your instructions
When you use features that reach out to a venue or vendor, you're instructing Wednesdai to contact third parties for you by email or phone, and to share the details those conversations need (such as how you'd like to be addressed, your event's dates and size, and your requirements). Messages Wednesdai sends identify it as an AI assistant acting for you.
We may choose a different lawful channel, ask you or the business to complete a callback, or decline an outreach request based on the recipient, destination, consent evidence, provider rules, or applicable law. Your instruction to Wednesdai does not by itself create consent from the person or business being contacted.
Optional calls to you
If you verify a phone number and request a Catch Me Up call or enable a schedule, you authorize Wednesdai to place the selected operational AI voice calls to that number. This permission is not a condition of using Wednesdai, and you can disable the schedule or remove the number at any time. Detailed voicemail requires a separate opt-in for that number and the categories you select; the Privacy Policy explains the mailbox risk and exclusions. Verification of a number is an identity check, not consent to marketing, recording, or any category you did not select.
4. Text message updates
Wednesdai event updates is a text message program for guests invited to an event planned on Wednesdai. Texting is optional and not required to attend. If you sign up, this section applies to those texts.
- How you sign up. On the event's RSVP page, check the optional box asking for texts. The box starts unchecked, and only you can check it. A host cannot sign you up, and getting an invitation does not sign you up. See how signing up works.
- What we send. Texts about the event you signed up for, such as RSVP confirmations, schedule and location updates, reminders, and links to your event page. We text only the number you entered, and we do not send marketing texts.
- How often. Message frequency varies by event.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
- Stopping texts. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. We'll send one text to confirm, and then no more texts from Wednesdai to that number. To start texts again, reply START.
- Help. Reply HELP for help, or email planner@wednesd.ai.
- Where we can text. We can text US and Canadian mobile numbers only.
- Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your number. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your phone number. We never sell mobile numbers or text message opt-in information. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.
5. What you're responsible for
- Accuracy. Planning outputs are only as good as the details you give us.
- Your guests' information. When you add guests (names, contact details), you confirm you're allowed to share that information with us for planning your event.
- Your decisions. Reviewing quotes, contracts, and terms from venues and vendors — and deciding whether to sign — is yours alone. Read what you sign.
- Lawful use. Don't misuse the service, attempt to access others' data, or use Wednesdai to send unlawful or deceptive communications.
6. AI-generated content and estimates
Wednesdai uses AI to prepare and translate messages, to interpret documents and replies, and to produce estimates and summaries. AI output can be imperfect: estimates are estimates, translations are conveniences, details Wednesdai reads from a document or reply should be checked against the original, and availability is only confirmed by the venue itself. Information about permits, licenses, and other legal requirements is provided for convenience and is not legal advice.
7. Venues and vendors
Venues and vendors are independent businesses, not our agents or partners. We don't guarantee their availability, pricing, quality, or performance, and any agreement you make with them is solely between you and them. Ratings and reviews shown in Wednesdai come from public sources and belong to their authors.
8. Paid plans
Some features require a paid subscription (processed by Stripe). Prices are shown before you subscribe; subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and you can cancel anytime with effect at the end of the billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change plan pricing or features prospectively with notice.
9. Your content and our service
Your planning details, photos, and documents remain yours. You give us the permission we need to host and process them to run the service (see the Privacy Policy). The Wednesdai software, design, and branding belong to Tyr Labs LLC; we give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the service while these terms apply.
10. Termination
You can stop using Wednesdai and request deletion of your data anytime (privacy@wednesd.ai). We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, legal risk, or discontinuation of the service; if we discontinue the service we'll give you reasonable notice to export your plan.
11. Disclaimers
Wednesdai is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any venue or vendor will respond, offer particular pricing, or perform.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: Tyr Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, savings, or goodwill; and our total liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and both sides consent to their jurisdiction. Both sides waive a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.
14. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll update this page and note the new date at the top, and for significant changes we'll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Wednesdai after changes take effect means you accept them.
